Does a Ontario Health Card ( OHIP ) Cover Homeopathy Treatment ?
The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) doesn’t Cover Homeopathy but Yes, most Extended Healthcare Private Insurance Companies offer Coverage for Homeopathic Treatment under extended health care plans. However, the coverage varies depending on the terms of each plan. If your insurance plan covers homeopathic treatments, it is advisable to submit your treatment receipts to your provider for reimbursement.
Are Homeopaths regulated in Ontario ?
The College regulates Homeopaths to ensure safe, ethical and competent homeopathic care for the people of Ontario.
